Cassie Webster comes to us from sunny, San Diego, California, where she spent the last nine years as an instructor for The Bar Method. She was selected as 1 of 15 teachers in the nation to uphold the standard of the Method by traveling throughout the US and Canada, to evaluate and coach Studio Owners and their team of instructors to enhance the experience of every client who walked through their doors. She then co-created a signature workout for another developing brand in San Diego before becoming a SLO local in April of 2021. Her love for note-taking and efficiency led her to the doors of Meathead, where she now holds the title of, Executive Assistant. She’s no longer demanding anyone drops to give her “20,” but she still plays a role in providing clarity to the “muscles” of Meathead.
